Warm congratulations to Violetta Sagun, who has won the “Nuclear Physics A Young Scientist Award” from Elsevier for her outstanding presentation on “Neutron stars meet constraints from high and low energy nuclear physics” at the Quark Matter 2018 conference in Venice, Italy. You can also see a nice photo of Violetta with her award diploma here. A few days later, Violetta also presented her work (see photo) at the XQCD 2018 in Frankfurt, Germany.
