Location
The workshop will take place at the Hotel des Planchettes, in Saint Flour. It is an ancient Roman Catholic Seminary that dates from the 18th century. The City of Saint-Flour is decomposed into a Lower Town ("Ville Basse") and an Upper Town ("Ville Haute"), and the Hotel des Planchettes is on the slope between them.

Directions
By air: Clermont-Ferrand airport has regular flights to Paris CDG, Paris Orly, Lyon, Nice, Amsterdam, London Stansted, Porto and Lisbon. From the airport, the railway station is accessible by city buses or regional TER trains (train stop "Aulnat Aéroport" on the line Clermont-Fd-Thiers-St-Etienne)
By train: Saint-Flour can be accessed via Clermont-Ferrand. In Paris, trains to Clermont-Ferrand leave from Gare de Bercy. From Clermont-Ferrand, Saint-Flour is accessible by SNCF regional trains and coaches.
By coach: Clermont-Ferrand is connected to Lyon, Paris and other main cities by the following companies: Flixbus and Ouibus.
By car: Saint-Flour is on the A75 highway (Clermont-Ferrand - Béziers) 100 km south of Clermont-Ferrand. The access to the "rue des Planchettes" is from the road between the lower and upper towns.
Transportation
The shuttle bus will leave at 20h on August 27th from Clermont-Ferrand train station. Note that the bus will be waiting at the back entrance of the train station, close to car parking.
It will stop at Clermont-Ferrand airport at 20h45 (and wait for the flight arriving at 20h30). Then it will go directly yoto take participants to the conference center.
The return shuttle will depart from the conference center at 7h30 sharp on August 31th. It will stop first at the airport and then at the train station.
