As estações de Metro mais próxima do IST são a Alameda (linhas Verde e Vermelha) e Saldanha (linhas Amarela e Vermelha). Pode aceder a um mapa da rede o Metro aqui. Para quem chega a Lisboa de comboio à estação do Oriente, apenas têm que apanhar o metro e seguir pela linha vermelha até à Alameda ou Saldanha.
